Shipping & Return & Warranty

Shipping

Usually, it takes for 1-2 business days for processing at our distribution centre before your order is shipped. It might take 2 ~ 4 business days for tracking information to be updated.

We currently ship to worldwide as long as DHL/EMS service reaches.

We have multiple local warehouses logistic services around the world to fulfill orders, including China, U.S, EU and Japan. We will choose the most cost effective and reliable warehouse to send out your package. 

In most cases, the shipping fees calculated at check out are accurate. However, it might have problems with some countries's international shipping fees. We will contact you if there is refund or extra shipping charges needed.

Tax and Duty

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receive the products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 ~ 7 days.

Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@supereyes-store.com.

 

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange, send us an email at info@supereyes-storel.com, with your order ID. We will guide you through the return process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

A trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is highly recommended. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
